Leader As Coach- A Coaching Skills Series Program

Leader As Coach is an approved ACSTH coach training program with the International Coaching Federation and 37.5 hours of training can be applied to a portfolio route credential.

The Coaching Skills Series is a highly interactive and tailored program that focuses on supporting individuals to integrate key coaching skills to their leadership style. This program is unique in its design because of it's highly customizable approach as it combines core coaching skills and leadership skills to impact at an individual, team and organizational level. Workshops

  • The Coaching Clinic
    This interactive workshop ensures participants obtain an in-depth understanding of the coach approach to leadership, distinct from mentoring, advising and managing. Participants will be able to integrate the skills/competencies required to effectively drive results leading from the context of being a Coach-Manager.

  • Authentic Leadership
    This workshop is delivered in a group environment and is highly interactive. The workshop integrates leadership distinctions and management practices in a way which allows for each participant’s own leadership style to emerge.

  • The Leadership Circle Profile
    The Leadership Circle Profile is the only 360 degree feedback instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains—Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies—and integrates this information so that the key opportunities for development immediately rise to the surface.
